About Holi at Vrindavan

Holi the festival of colors is a grand celebration at Bake Bihari Temple in Vrindavan. Dedicated to lord Krishna thousands of people travel to this beautiful town to celebrate Holi. It is said on the day of Holi the god just sit and observes his devotees so Virdavan celebrates the main holi a day before the actual festival. The priest spray colors and water and the devotees chant and dance. The festival starts early morning and is played till 1.30 or 2.00 pm. The sight can’t be explained in words but definitely people are wet and full of colors. For all the festival lovers this is the most colorful festival one can experience in lifetime.
