Lonavala is not at all cool destination it was too hot in October end. Lonavala Retreat Hetitage hotel Reception is selfish and cheats the guest. He was not on his words. He charged 5500/-Rs. And gave nothing complimentary. And sightseeing he charged so much just 4-5 kms around. He did not even dropped us Railway station as coommitted by him that he wud arrange taxi. He was a liar and cheater. I don't suggest any guest to stay at Heritage Retreat Hotel, lonavala.
