Day 3 :
On your first day you will be welcomed at the magnificent Pink City, Jaipur. The city with graceful architecture in a unique pink color was established in the year 1727 by the then Maharaja, Sawai Jai Singh II. Jaipur is known as one of the well-planned cities of its time. The capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur is predominantly known for its musicians, artisans and craftsmen. In this diverse land of rich cultural heritage, you’ll be first treated to a visit at Hawa Mahal, the Palace of Winds. This was built for the royal ladies to watch the processions through the myriad windows of the palace. This five-storied palace was also used to store artefacts by the royal family. From Hawa Mahal, we proceed to the impressive palace perched on the rocky terrain of Amer, the earliest capital of erstwhile Jaipur state. Amber Fort was the seat of various Maharajas of Jaipur and has been adorned with mirror glass work, doors with parquet ivory work, and painted maps of various Hindu pilgrimages. Half of the charm of Amber Fort is the Elephant ride you’ll be treated to. After such an enthralling ride, you visit the Jantar Mantar; the largest observatory built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II between 1727 and 1734. The next in line of exploration is the City Palace. A defining architectural marvel of Jaipur, the City Palace was the residence of the Maharaja of Jaipur in the eighteenth century and part of the magnificent palace is still the royal residence. With an insightful journey through the royal pages of history, it is time to see some of the famous jewelry and carpets that Jaipur is renowned for. Visit Mathura: Birth Place of Lord Krishna. The land where Shri Krishna was born and spent his youth, has today little towns and hamlets that are still alive with the Krishna legend and still redolent with the music of his flute. Mathura, a little town on the River Yamuna was transformed into a place of faith after Lord Krishna was born here. Vrindavan, a village - once noted for its fragrant groves, is where he spent an eventful youth. Leave Mathura for Kurukshetra Origin of Gita place. Mythological, the name Kurukshetra which includes a large number of holy places, temples and tanks, connected with the ancient Indian traditions and the Mahabharata war Battlefield. According to Manu, the tract between the old sacred rivers Saraswati and Drishadvati in Kurukshetra was known as Brahmavarta. In the very first verse of the Bhagvad Gita,a Kurukshetra is described as Dharmakshetra, the field of righteousness. It is also known as Brajhmakshetra, the field of Brahma, the Creator. Day 7 :
After breakfast drive to Amritsar. Sight Seeing Golden Temple .It is known more for the world famous Golden Temple, the seat of Sikh religion. Situated on the north-western border of India, the city is also gateway for the travelers on the overland route through Pakistan. Amritsar literally means "the pool of nectar", the name derived from a pool constructed at the sacred site in the 16th century, gifted by the Mughal Emperor Akbar to Guru Ramdas, the fourth preceptor of the Sikh faith. Day 8 :
Leave Amritsar for Chandighar: Prior to the partition of India, Lahore was the capital city of undivided Punjab. But, after the partition, when Lahore went to Pakistan, India was left without any capital. Also, it led to the migration of people of west Punjab to the eastern towns within India. These two factors gave rise to the need to choose a site in the foothills of Shivalik range that would serve as the capital of Punjab. The city got its name from Chandi, the Goddess of power and Garh meaning fortress. After the site was finalized, a master plan for the city was prepared by an American team (Mayor, Whittleslay, Glass & Nowicki). This is how Chandigarh turned into a well-planned capital city of Punjab, India .Diner and overnight at Hotel Landmark.

Day 9 :
Leave Chandighar for Haridwar 260 Km 5 Hrs Bus journey. Haridwar” – A Way to Heaven. Haridwar is also pronounced as Hardwar by many Hindu pilgrims who consider Hardwar to be the holiest place among all others. It is a city located near the borders of Uttarakhand. Hardwar is a very spiritual place and the presence of the river Ganges has made its recognition more intense and profound. The river Ganges tumbles down to the northern plains from the hills and the sight is extremely reflective and attracts millions of devotee from all over the world. The main festival of Hardwar is Baisakhi, kanwar mela, somvati amavasya and kartik purnima. The arrival of the festivals is according to the arrival of the months they fall in a year. For example Baisakhi falls in April, kanwar mela is in the first week of July, somvati amavasya is just after the kanwar mela and is as big as the kanwar mela, and kartik purnima comes after fifteen days from the night of Diwali. There are three main transportations which the individuals can board for reaching Hardwar. These are via plane, via train and via bus. Train is the cheapest and fastest way of transportation as we all know. The journey via plane to Hardwar will be a bit difficult as there is no specific airport in Hardwar. People boarding plane have to get down at Dehradun which is twenty kilo meters from Hardwar. Although the journey by bus is cheap, it will be very hectic and tiring to board a bus. A must watch place in Hardwar is HARI-KI-PAIRI. It is basically a huge ghat of the river Ganges where all the pilgrims gather for the evening prayers at sharp seven o clock above the stairs of the ghat. Sight Seeing to Mansa Devi Temple, Tulishi Devi Attened Ganga Arati at Hari-ki Par. Overnight at Hotel Ganga Kinare.

Day 10 :
Sightseeing Rishikesh around Lakshman Jhula. Neelkanth is situated at a height of 1675 m,on a hill above Swarg Ashram, Neelkanth Mahadev is one of the most revered temples of Rishikesh. Mythology says that in the ancient times when the ocean was being churned for 'Amrit' (Potion for immortality), first venom oozed out. Lord Shiva drank the venom at a place which is now called Nilkanth Mahadeo.Neelkanth is just 32km. from Rishikesh via Barrage and 22 km. via Ram Jhoola. Diner and night halt at Hotel Ganga Kinare.

Day 11 :
Leave Hardwar for Delhi at 8am. Delhi: The Capital of India: Delhi hasn’t always been India’s capital, but it has played a pivotal part in Indian history as it has always been a gateway city, built on the plains initially near a fording point on the Yamuna River and on the route between western and central Asia and Southeast Asia. It’s also believed to be the site of the fabled city of Indraprastha, which featured in the Mahabharata over 3000 years ago. Visit Lotus Temple & Akshwara Night halt at Country Inn.

Day 12 :
