Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive Delhi

Delhi - At the capital of India, we welcome you on arrival in traditional Indian way. Thereafter we take you to the hotel, which is already booked as per your travel plan.

Day 2 : Delhi

On day 2 we conduct the excursion for the city of Delhi, which covers both Old and New Delhi, precisely: Rajghat: The cremation place converted into memorial for Mahatma Gandhi, the greatest Indian soul.

India Gate: The war memorial of World War I and Afgan War soldiers, unveiled in year 1931.

President’s House: Originally Vicereagal Palace, which is abode to the Presidents of India after independence. Consists of more than 300 rooms and lavish Mughal Gardens. 2nd largest presidential house in the world.

Lotus Temple: This lotus shaped temple is house of worship of Bahai sect but open to all without any discrimination. It is made of white marble.

Qutub Minar: This 72 meters high building is clearly visible shortly before landing at Delhi airport. The intricate carvings of Koranic verses in the red sandstone on the Minar dates back to almost 8 centuries and barely damaged.
Akshardham Temple: Hindu temple complex of Swaminarayan sect, opened in year 2005. The main temple will mesmerize you with its intricate interiors. (Closed on Mondays)

Day 3 : Delhi / Mandawa (280 km / 6 hrs)

Mandawa - On day 3 early morning you drive to Mandawa, located South West of Delhi 280 km / 6 hrs. A gateway to Shekhawati region, Mandawa is well known for its artistic havelis. Overnight hotel - Mandava.

Day 4 : Mandawa / Bikaner (160 km / 4 hrs)

On day 4, after breakfast a half day sightseeing tour of the region, to view havelies, which are more than 100 years old and look like Open Air Gallery. Many Hindi movies have been shot here. Later we will leave for Bikaner.

Bikaner – On arrival check in, overnight – Bikaner. Bikaner was founded in 1486 by Rao Bika.

Day 5 : Bikaner / Jaisalmer (325 km / 6 hrs)

On day 5 sightseeing tour of Bikaner, precisely:

Junagarh Fort: This huge enormous fort was built in the 15 century by Raja Rai Singh.

Lalgarh Palace: The palace is a wonderful blend of Rajput, Mughal and European architectural style.

Karni Mata Temple: Also known as rat temple, Karni Mata is worshipped as carnation of Durga.

Visit famous Havelis or huge mansions of Kotharis, Rampurias, Vaids and Dagas. In the evening, enjoy visit to Camel breeding farm.

Later we will leave for Jaisalmer. Overnight – Jaisalmer.

Day 6 : Jaisalmer

Jaisalmer –A world heritage site which is located at the heart of Thar desert.

On day 6, we will be visiting to the following places:

Jaisalmer Fort: located at a height of 800 metres and built in year 1156.

Patwon Ki Haveli: known for its most elaborate and magnificent facade.

Sam Sand Dunes: just 40 Kms away from Jaisalmer city which gives you a golden chance to reach various cultural programs organized every day and you can taste Rajasthani Food. In the evening enjoy Camel Safari on the sand dunes to get the spectacular view of desert during sunset.

Day 7 : Jaisalmer / Jodhpur (290 km / 6 hrs)

Jodhpur - On day 7 early morning drive to Jodhpur 290 km & 6 hrs drive. Jodhpur is also known as Sun city for the bright sunny weather. Upon arrival check in at hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 8 : Jodhpur

On day 8 after breakfast, enjoy visiting the attractions tour of Jodhpur mainly:

Mehrangarh Fort - located at the height of 120 meters above the city is the biggest fort in India founded by Rao Jodha in the 14 century.

Jaswant Thada - the white marble burial ground of the ruler of Jodhpur Maharaja Jaswant Singh II.

Afternoon enjoys expedition tour of Bishnoi Villages - for its natural beauty. Overnight stay.

Day 9 : Jodhpur / Ranakpur / Udaipur (325 km / 6 hrs)

Ranakpur - Famous for most spectacular Jain temples, made in marble. The secluded 1439 Jain Temple Complex with 29 halls dissected by 1444 pillars, each sculpted with unique designs.

Udaipur - Drive continues to Udaipur, which is another 80 km and a drive of roughly 2 hrs. Udaipur is well-known as the "City of Lakes" and the most romantic city of India. Founded in year 1559 by Maharana Uday Singh. Overnight – Udaipur.

On Day 10 sightseeing tour of Udaipur by visiting

City Palace: A grand & beautiful palace, converted into museum, displaying many antique articles of the Royal era.

Sahelion Ki Bari: Garden of Maidens – built for companions & woman attendants of the Princess.

Jagdish Temple - devoted to Lord Vishnu is a fine example of Indo-Aryan structural design. Located in center of the city.

Bharatiya Lok Kala Museum - It is one of its kind of group for folk outfits, ornaments, puppets, masks, dolls, folk musical instruments, folk deities and painting etc.

In the evening enjoy stunning boat tide on a beautiful lake Pichola. Overnight stay.

Day 12 : Udaipur / Pushkar (325 km / 6 hrs)

Pushkar – On day 11, post breakfast departure for Pushkar, 325 km & 6 hrs drive. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Later enjoy sightseeing tour of Pushkar. Pushkar is one of the five pilgrimage site for devout Hindus. It is mainly famous for the only one Brahma Temple in the world. There are hundreds of other temples and beautiful Pushkar Lake as well. Overnight stay at Pushkar.
Day 13 : Pushkar – Jaipur (250 km - 5 hrs)

Jaipur - On day 12, after breakfast you leave for Jaipur, 250 kms from Pushkar and 5 hrs. drive. Jaipur is capital of Rajasthan, an Indian state, also known as Pink city for the color of city buildings. Jaipur is leading manufacturer of hand knotted rugs in India. After reaching Jaipur, on the same day you will visit to see yourself the amazing art of traditional rug manufacturing.
Day 14 : Jaipur

On day 13 visit to the highlights of the Royal life of Rajput Maharajas and much more, precisely:

Amber Fort: Built by Raja Man Singh I in 16th century, this fort is situated on a high hill. Tourists may take Elephant ride (subject to availability & operation) to reach the hill top. Made of red sandstone & marble, the architecture and huge fort complex will leave you stunned.

City Palace: This palace has been seat of Maharaja of Jaipur. It has perfectly blend Rajput & Mughal architecture. The palace is converted into museum, which showcases the lifestyle of Royal family.

Birla Temple: Also known as Laxmi-Narayan tample, it is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Situated on at the base of a hill, this temple looks beautiful in the night, when it is brightly lit.

Jantar Mantar (Observatory): A UNESCO heritage site, built by Raja Sawai Jai Singh in 18th CE, this observatory has astronomical instruments which give accurate predictions till date.

Hawa Mahal (Palace of Breeze): Made for women folks of the Royal family to observe street processions and activities through 593 stone windows, without being seen themselves. It’s a 5 storey building, made of red & pink sandstone.
