Alwar City Palace

The Alwar city Palace is another most frequented tourist spot in the city.  It is also known by the name of Vinay Vilas Mahal. It is situated in the heart of the city. This marvelous structure was built by  the end of 17th century. 

The architectural style is a blend of Rajasthan and Islamic culture. This highly visited monument has majestic gates. One can explore the open ground with Krishna temples on all sides, on entering the gates. 

The place is known for its historical and archeological significance. There is a museum inside which preserves the history of the palace. The miniature paintings adorn the walls. One can also see the Golden Darbar Hall which is a highlight of the palace.
