The Philippines comprises of 700 or more islands out of which approximately 2000 are inhabited. The islands are different from one another but all are rich in biodiversity and have either rain forests or coral reefs or mangroves or the top rated beaches in the world. The Philippines have the longest coastline of white sand in the world. These beaches are one of the main tourist attractions across the world.

It is a perfect combination of white sand, lounge chairs, turquoise water, hammocks with umbrellas and a large number of palm trees bending over the water. In one word the beach is stunning. There is the lighthouse of World War II at the Egaño Cove that feels like out of place. One has to cover 229 steps to reach the top for amazing views. Camping and sleeping in the lighthouse are also allowed so one can try it for some crazy experience.

The Pangloa Island which shaped like a kidney bean has the Alona beach which is one of the smallest islands for tourists visiting the Philippines. One can pack some food from the supermarket and buy some drinks like beer and go back to the beach to enjoy the atmosphere there.
