Must visit beaches in the Philippines

The Philippines comprises of 700 or more islands out of which approximately 2000 are inhabited. The islands are different from one another but all are rich in biodiversity and have either rain forests or coral reefs or mangroves or the top rated beaches in the world. The Philippines have the longest coastline of white sand in the world. These beaches are one of the main tourist attractions across the world.

White Beach in Boracay

This is a beach which has the capacity to fulfil one’s beach dreams. It is a perfect combination of white sand, lounge chairs, turquoise water, hammocks with umbrellas and a large number of palm trees bending over the water. The beach is 4 km long thus can accommodate a huge amount of tourist even in the peak seasons. Kayaking, parasailing and boat rides and other water activities happen on this beach. One can relax on their chair while hawkers offer them food, beverages, and jewellery.

El Nido in Palawan

This is present on Palawan Island. There are some of the most awesome beaches here like the Caalan beach, Buena Suerte Beach, Yoga Beach, Papaya Beach, and many more. Each beach is a treat to the eyes and a competitor of the other beaches near it. The place is a perfect picturesque and is accessible from various locations. This beach has not been adulterated and hence is very pure. Even though the beach has not been developed much but still is loved by tourists as it makes them feel alive. One can climb the rocky paths and discover caves, coves, and undisturbed corals.

Paradise Beach

This beach is present on the west of Cebu. It is a great place for spending a honeymoon. Mostly throughout the year, the place remains less crowded. Couples can have some alone time here. This beach brings out the children in adults as they splash in the water and run barefooted on the clean sand and discover paths to the jungle and more. There are no bars, resorts or hawkers selling beverages or jewellery on the beach. Easter and weekends closer to it see a rush of visitors to this place as it is very close to Cebu.

Cagayan Valley on the Palaui Island

The beach holds some raw beauty. One cannot decide what to see as there are varieties of things like white and bright beaches, rolling hills, volcanic mountains and warm water with absolutely no such development. In one word the beach is stunning. There is the lighthouse of World War II at the Egaño Cove that feels like out of place. One has to cover 229 steps to reach the top for amazing views. Camping and sleeping in the lighthouse are also allowed so one can try it for some crazy experience.

Alona Beach in Panglao

The Pangloa Island which shaped like a kidney bean has the Alona beach which is one of the smallest islands for tourists visiting the Philippines. It offers a pristine beachfront where one can stay in guesthouses and resorts and enjoy the tropical region. The beach has several bars that encourage drinking by the day. One will love to sit on the soft sand at the water edge and enjoy a drink or two with friends and family

The Dumaluan Beach has very few resorts on its coastline which offers a private and is perfect for a beach holiday. There is the Dumaluan beach resort, the Bohol beach resort, and the South Palms resorts that has 3 km long beach so that tourists can enjoy the beach at any hour of the day. They can have a barefooted walk on the soft sand and the resorts make arrangement of lounge chairs with umbrellas and beanbags and chairs for their visitors to rest and spend some quality time. The staffs of the resort are very friendly and offer great services. The place is quite colourful and attractive.

Caramoan in Camarines Sur

This beach is a stunning beach that is completely natural and is inhabited by 47000 residents who are native to the place. The beach can be called completely wild and one who visits the place will feel like staying in the wild. There are several numbers of stores, shops, and supermarket where tourists can come and make purchases after spending enough time on the beach. One can pack some food from the supermarket and buy some drinks like beer and go back to the beach to enjoy the atmosphere there.
