Taveli Mahal

Taveli Mahal is another famous tourist attraction in Mandu. The name means 'stable'. The building was a stables block or mansion. Its ground floor had stables, while the apartments in the upper two storeys was for the accommodation of the guards. 

A gateway very close to the Royal enclave can be spotted. There is a museum on the first floor. The terrace of the Taveli Mahal is as beautiful as the Mahal itself. It provides a beautiful view of the surrounding areas. Currently, the building is being used as a Rest house for visitors.
