About Escal Atlantic

Escal Atlantic, is an exhibition hall that investigates the noteworthy sea liner involvement in Saint-Nazaire, France. The gallery is found inside the previous German World War II submarine pen in the harbor of the city port. It tells the historical backdrop of the sea liner, enabling the guest to meander the internal parts of a "sea liner" from the past by visiting territories of a vessel and by methods for ancient rarities. The historical center opened on 22 April 2000.

The visit incorporates both the open territories, for example, staterooms, steerage, beauticians, music rooms, a piano bar and lounge area and the inward operations of a liner, for example, the motor room and skipper's bridge. The exhibition hall has intuitive highlights, varying media shows and "hands-on" gadgets, intended for family visits. Over 200 ancient rarities have been sourced from different sea liners including the SS Normandie propelled in 1935, and the SS France from 1961. In October 2012, the Escal Atlantic shut quickly to revamp and upgrade the strolling visit through the gallery and revived on 1 July 2013. The gallery is shut amid specific months; dates and times of activity are given on the site.
