Tadoba-Andheri Tiger Reserve is one of India’s best protected tiger reserves, located in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra. It is Maharashtra’s oldest and largest national park.
Tadoba is one of India’s 50 “Project Tiger” tiger reserves. It is divided into two major zones—the Tadoba National park and Andheri wildlife sanctuary. There is a lake in the midst of the forest which makes for a beautiful sight and also serves as a good habitat for crocodiles.
