Blessed with exceptional sense of hearing & smell horned rhino are commonly found in Assam, India. Only a small population of Rhinos is left and Kaziranga National Park supports more than 100 rhinos, largest in Indian subcontinent. With brownish grey in color the Indian rhino can run at the speed of 40kn/h for short period of time. These strangely beautiful animals are amongst most favorite wild animals to see out. They have been around for approximate 40 million years and they look prehistoric with their thick skin and large horns. Viewing an Indian Rihno in its natural environment is an experience that one can never forget.
