Vaduvanchal

Vaduvanchal is a small town located at a distance of 16 km from Kalpetta in Kerala. It is situated in the Kozhikode-Ooty road. The scenic town is known for its wide stretches of tea, coffee and rubber plantations.

Veduvanchal houses many famous tourist attractions. The Meenmutty Falls and Sunrise Valley lie close by. Phantom rock is a popular tourist spot. The Cheengeri Mala is famous for a fascinating skull shaped rock which lies near Ambalavayal town. It is also a trekking route. The Neelima View Point is a perfect site to watch the Meenmutty waterfalls cascade down the rocks of Kalpetta. Chethalayam Falls is also located nearby.
