Assessed to be very nearly 500 years of age, this temple is a multi-confidence site. All individuals, paying little respect to rank and ideology, are invited here with open arms. This produces a big-hearted environment which makes positive vibes. The design of the building is run of the mill old-style Kerala engineering with a delightful lake and an abundance of jasmines encompassing the primary building. It is an open-rooftop holy place.
The principle hallowed place is committed to Durga who is worshiped as Mullakal Devi, however there are different sanctums having a place with Hanuman Swami, Lord Ganesha, Subramanya Swami, Nagaraja, Navagraha, Sree Krishna, and Lord Ayyappa alongside a banyan tree where one finds the lingam of Lord Shiva. Numerous celebrations are praised here which keep the compound always humming with action.
