About Musee des Beaux-Arts de Caen

The Musee des Beaux-Arts de Caen is an expressive arts exhibition hall in the French city of Caen, established toward the beginning of the 19th century and revamped in 1971 inside the ducal chateau. The exhibition hall offers 64,583 square feet 6,000.0 m2 of space devoted to the open accumulations with numerous works of Italian and Flemish, just as French Renaissance, and of contemporary craftsmanship.

The prints from the Mancel accumulation are exhibited in a 400-m2 room. The exhibition hall is outfitted with a meeting room seating 230, utilized remarkably by the Universite populaire de Caen.
