French museum of the playing card French museum of the playing card is a historical center of playing cards situated at 16, lament Auguste Gervais, Issy-les-Moulineaux, a suburb of Paris, France. The historical center won the 1999 European museum of the year award. The European museum of the year award is exhibited every year by the European museum forum EMF under the protection of the council of Europe.
