Palais Rohan

The Palais Rohan was worked for Cardinal Prince Bishop Armand-Gaston de Rohan-Soubise, said to be the half-baked offspring of Louis XIV. That didn't keep four Rohan Cardinals from filling in as Bishop of Strasbourg all through the eighteenth century.
