Strasbourg Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art

Composed in 1998, The Musée d'Art Moderne et Contemporain de Strasbourg also known as “the Strasbourg Modern and Contemporary Art Museum” is a gigantic glass building based on the banks of the River Ill. It houses accumulations of artistic creations, models, beautifying ancient rarities and recolored glass windows dating from impressionism to present day times.

The historical section of the accumulation 1870 to 1960 gives a genuinely total diagram of the considerable craftsmanship developments: impressionism, post-impressionism, workmanship 1900, fauvism, expressionism and surrealism and so on.

The historical center is frequently improved with brief shows and acquisitions taking the stand concerning current workmanship patterns. On the first floor of the historical center, the eatery bistro porch offers a great perspective of the stream Ill and Petite France.
