About Jada Tirtham

The Jada Tirtham is a small temple that lies within the Kaveri Tirtham, which is one of the holiest places in South India. God Kapardishwara is worshipped there. It holds a mythological significance of its own.

Near the temple is a huge peepal tree under the shade of which all the deities rested while they were in banvas. The temple is small in construction but from the artistic view, it is a masterpiece of lattice work. Famous for its beauty and unique architecture, Jada Tirtham is one of the most important places for pilgrimage.
