About FortWhyte

FortWhyte Alive is an environmental, education and recreation center in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The expansive stop and diversion office is situated in southwest Winnipeg along the transient way of Canada geese. Features of FortWhyte's 640 sections of land of prairie, lakes, woods and wetlands incorporate a 70-section of land buffalo Prairie and related legacy shows; in excess of 9 km of interpretive nature trails; a family treehouse, gliding promenades, and larks, deer and waterfowl in their normal territory. All year angling is accessible or guests can appreciate more pondering interests, for example, paddling, climbing or fowl viewing.
