Templin Gardens is a beautiful centerpiece which is situated in the core of downtown Fergus and offers guests a nearby perspective of the waterway. The greenspace is kept up by the Fergus Horticultural Society. The Templin Gardens worked in the late 1920's is named after the unbelievable family that claimed and worked the Fergus News Record daily paper for a considerable length of time.
Hugh Templin, specifically, was a standout amongst the most regarded daily paper editors in Canada. In July of 2010 Center Wellington Township bought the property and embraced broad redesigns after the picturesrue riverfront property had been in private hands for ious years.
