The Annacis Island

Annacis Island is an island arranged in the south arm of the Fraser River, in Delta. It's a delightful island.

The island's name is gotten from "Annance's Island," named for François Annance, a Hudson's Bay Company partner, who ran with Chief Factor James McMillan to build up Fort Langley in 1827.

The island is by and by mechanical, and it contains one of Metro Vancouver's auxiliary wastewater treatment plants. Metro Vancouver will work to improve this plant to address the issues of creating populace.
