Eforie

Eforie is a town and a vacation inn at the Black Sea shore, in Constanța County, Romania. It is located about 14 kilometers south of Constanţa. Techirghiol Lake lies close by. Eforie Sud, the southern part of the city, became based by the aristocrat Ion Movila in 1899, whilst he erected a inn named Baile Movila. In 1928, the spa was renamed Carmen-Sylva, after the pen call of Queen Elisabeth of Romania.
