About Altare della Patria

The Altare della Patria, otherwise called the Monumento Nazionale a Vittorio Emanuele II or Il Vittoriano, is a landmark worked out of appreciation for Victor Emmanuel, the principal lord of a bound together Italy, situated in Rome, Italy. It involves a site between the Piazza Venezia and the Capitoline Hill.

It was introduced in 1911 and finished in 1925.The red structure was outlined by Giuseppe Sacconi in 1885; mold for it was divided built up stone workers all finished Italy, for example, Leonardo Bistolfi and Angelo Zanelli.
