About Tirusulam
Tirusulam is a Locality in Chennai Metropolitan city India. For administrative purposes, it is a census town in Chennai city. The Chennai International Airport is situated inverse to Tirusulam at Meenambakkam. Chennai International Airport is the essential airplane terminal serving the southern Indian city of Chennai. The airplane terminal is the provincial home office of the Airports Authority of India for south India including the conditions of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala and the association regions of Puducherry and Lakshadweep.
Tirusulam was known as "Tirusuram" and furthermore known as "Sathurvethimangalam" it has its source in the Tiruppurasundari Tirusoolanathar sanctuary which is accepted to have been built in the tenth to eleventh century AD by Kulothunga I, The dividers of the sanctuary have engravings from the Chola time frame, and Pandiya kingdom, which indicates by the sanctuary engraving.
The sanctuary has huge verifiable riddles behind the dividers. There is an account of a concealing spot for valuable metals and gems underneath the earth, where a mystery way is said to exist. Kulothunga I is said to have concealed fortunes some place here, rather than inside the sanctuary. There exists a metro under the sanctuary that interfaces the sanctuary to the adjacent slopes known as "Panchapandava's Hills", where the lord had his royal residence.
