The Neora Valley National Park is named after the river that flows within its borders. It is a beautiful Park and a popular tourist spot. There are many torrents and Hill streams there in the park and the wonderful array of vegetation can leave one mesmerized.
The tiny wild strawberries, white wild orchids and primulas are a must see. The Himalayan yew and hemlocks and about ten different species of rhododendrons can be seen in the higher ridge of the park. The amazing flora and fauna, as well as the 200 species of birds can amaze the nature lovers, wildlife lovers and the casual visitors.
