• Payment:
• Once you are ready for the tour, 50% of the tour package cost should be made in favor of Travelwigo Tours and Trek.
• Once the payment is done you will get Hotel confirmation voucher and tour confirmation voucher from our end.
• Remaining 50% of the payment should be made 5 days prior to your tour starts.
• Vehicle number, driver name and model of the car will be intimidated 2 days prior to your tour starts.
• Important Note:
• In all hotels base category rooms will be allocated, in case of up-gradation it will cost extra.
• Check in/check out 12.00 noon at all hotels.
• In case of 3rd person, extra bed will be provided in same room.
• AC will not work in hilly areas (in deluxe package).
• The company is not responsible for any accidents or loss of luggage, it is own responsibility.
• Video & audio systems are prohibited in commercial vehicle to avoid the accident in hilly areas.
