Navagraha Temples

Navagraha Temples is situated in Karaikal in Tamil Nadu. It is a  cluster of Navagraha Temples near Kumbakonam. Here we worship nine planets Surya, Chandra, Angaarakan,Budha, Guru, Sukra, Shani, Raahu, Ketu. This is famous for the Navabhashana Navagraha temple in the ocean. Here you can come over your sins. This temples symbolise the nine grahas in Hindu mythology. This temples show the architectural styles of Chola Empire. This temple connect with the celestial bodies in the Universe. It is believed that these deities of hinduism put a big effect on human life according to their karma. Eight of them are dedicated to Lord Shiva.
