Elephant Arrival Spot

As the name suggests this is the place with lots of majestic elephants. Kids would love to ride on them. This place is located about 18 km from the main city- Munnar. The rider of the elephant called- mahout takes care of the elephants and gives the ride on them. They mainly focus on the safety.

This ride is quite inexpensive and appealing. The elephants are very friendly. Unfortunately, this place houses many different types of blood sucking leeches so watch out! One could even ride the elephants to explore the wilderness of that region.
