Chaya Someswara Temple is an awesome sanctuary situated at Panagal in Nalgonda area of Telangana. This is an intriguing journey and verifiable site to visit from Nalgonda and Hyderabad. The sanctuary is known for its engineering. One of the garbhagrihas arranged in the west and confronting east contains a proceeding with shadow of a column for the duration of the day. This puzzling shadow is an immense fascination of the sanctuary. The chaya that falls on the god resembles a sad remnant of one of the columns cut before the consecrated chamber. Yet, it isn't really the shadow of any column. The dim territory is shaped by the impression of light through numerous columns set before garbhagriha and the shadow is a combined shadow of those four columns. The columns in the sanctuary are deliberately set with the goal that the light falls at a similar place for the duration of the day.
