About Adina Dear Park
Adina Dear Park is situated in Malda and was established in year 1982. The Park is under the
charge of Divisional Forest Officer, who is the Ex-Officio Director. Main objectives of this Park is to
establish and maintain facilities for conservation and education. Even conservation awareness
programme was also held for research on plants, animals for the visitors to apprise them the art of
harmonious living with animal.They are working to improve the category of Zoo, to facilitate the
eco-tourism.Presently Zoo have 90 almost Deer and 8 Nilgai. Adina Deer Park is about 350 km
from Kolkata. Maldah Town railway station is near to Zoo where train stops. Average yearly
visitors are more than 72,000.One of the most beautiful park in our country.So,it is worth visiting
this place once in life time.
