» Payment Terms & Methods: * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.

» Cancellation & Refund Policy: * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
» Other Terms & Conditions, if any(optional): Terms & Conditions : The Users availing services from Diverse India Tours Pvt Ltd. shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the all terms and conditions. Liabilities of Diverse India Touts Pvt Ltd. shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

Booking Process & Payment : As per the booking policy as soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations, you will be required to pay 30% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking. If you have any Flight or Train booking request then apart from the 30% of the tour price, you would also need to pay us the full amount for air/train tickets to be issued. After receiving the advance payment, we will initiate the bookings for your hotels reservations, flight tickets and start making necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated. Once booking is done, a reservation status will be sent to you by email and the you will be require to pay another 20% of the tour cost as an second advance payment.
Balance Payment: Balance 50% of the tour price can be paid by you either 7 days before your departure from your country by online, bank transfer or upon your arrival in India by cash only, for domestic traveler balance 50% can be paid 7 days before the commencement of the services, If group booking 100% payment need to pay before 30 days of arrival. Non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover the balance payment before the commencement of the services. Note: Apart from above, during the peak season X-Mas, New Year from 15 Dec to 10 Jan, Festival, Holiday the full payment is required in advance for booking of special train journeys, hotel or resort. The proposed hotels are subjected to availability, The names of the hotels given in the offer only indicate that our rates are based using these hotels. Please do not take it for sure that accommodation is confirmed on these hotels until and unless we convey to you the confirmation of accommodation mentioning these hotels. After receiving the payment from you, we shall proceed the booking and in case the Hotels envisaged in costing not confirmed, we shall advise the amended rates on similar/equivalent hotel.
Important Note: Amendment to a Booked Tour We do not advise to request us for any changes in the confirmed arrangements because it will consider as cancellation. But if you do need to make changes in the arrangements already confirmed, we will try to do all possible to accommodate the changes as requested, but all are subjected to availability of ious segments of the tour, for the new requirements as requested. However, the changes will be as per cancellation policy and subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges. If any advance payment is already made to Hotel, resort, Flight/train or other services then cancellation charges will be applicable on particular and we shall advise the amended rates on new requirements as requested services.
