The trip was very nice. Holiday Experts did not offer best bargain i got a good deal with makemytrip and the hotels they offered were extremely nice. Hotel monal at dalhousie is really excellent and has a breathtaking view of the hills from the balcony and the service at the hotel was excellent. The stay at pink house, dharamshala was even better with some great service by the staff and manager. The room was a point lower compared to hotel monal but overall it was excellent experience. Holiday Experts should improve on their communication and also on the offers.
