About Hattiesburg Zoo
The Hattiesburg Zoo is a little 12-section of land zoo situated in Hattiesburg. The zoo was opened on around 12 sections of land of the 40-section of land park in 1950. The zoo is situated inside Kamper Park among a forest of oak and pine trees. After entering the Zoo, guests go through a promenade that contains prairie pooches and prompts the Africa segment.
The African veldt contains eland, monkeys, ostrichs, servals and zebras. In the South American display zone are capybaras, iguanas, panthers, macaws, howler monkeys, llamas, ungulates, and tigers. The tiger promenade gives a nearby perspective of American gators. Kamper Park has arranged strolling trails, tennis courts, green outing zones, and play areas.
