Bienville National Forest

It is named for Jean-Baptiste Le Moyne de Bienville. It has a zone of 178,541 sections of land 72,253 ha. The Forest exists in the Southeastern blended woods ecoregion and backings blended timberlands of pine and oak. The upper courses of the Leaf and Strong Rivers move through the woodland.
