Amrita Island is a little occupied island in Barnstable County. A few private homes are situated on the island. Baxendale Road is the main street and it interfaces the island to the terrain from Megansett Road.
he island is notable for its connections to creature welfare support. Baxendale was a supporter for creature welfare, and amid his opportunity on Amrita Island, he facilitated addresses on creature promotion and gave assets to the neighborhood Animal Rescue League.
