Abington Congregational Church

It is a notable church on Connecticut Route 97 in the Abington town of Pomfret, Connecticut. Worked in 1751 and restyled in the 1830s, it is the most seasoned clericalworking in the State of Connecticut that has been ceaselessly utilized for religious purposes. The Abington Congregational Church is situated in the rustic town of Abington, on the east side of Route 97, south of its intersection with United States Route 44. It is a solitary story wood outline structure, with a gabled rooftop and clapboarded outside. The fundamental exterior is three straights wide, the coves enunciated by Doric pilasters, and beat by a pedimented peak that is flushboarded, with a round window at the inside. A three-arrange square pinnacle transcends the passage
