About Walton Heath Golf Club

Walton Heath Golf Club is a golf club in England, close Walton-on-the-Hill in Surrey, southwest of London. Established in 1903, the club involves two 18-gap fairways, the two of which are notable for having heather covering a significant number of the territories of harsh. The Old Course opened in 1904, and has a title length of 7,462 yards. The New Course opened as a 9-gap course in 1907 and was reached out to 18 holes in 1913; its title length in 2009 was 7,026 yards. Both were planned by Herbert Fowler, who later composed ious courses in the United Kingdom and United States.

Walton Heath had a long relationship with eminence and governmental issues, with Edward, Prince of Wales having been the club's first chief in 1935, and previous United Kingdom Prime Ministers David Lloyd George, Winston Churchill, Bonar Law and Arthur Balfour all having been individuals.
