The ticket for an adult costs INR 1250 while for a child, the charges are INR 1000. Lasting nearly 10 minutes, the ride is truly mesmerizing and leaves an impression on you. You would want to experience it time and again simply because there is nothing quite like it. For the people who want a weekend getaway from Chandigarh, the Timber Trail resorts are the perfect option to consider. The lavish resort has quite a lot of amenities in it, and they have choices between two types of rooms in the resort at the top of the hill, known as The Terrace, the Super Deluxe Room and a Suite. The charges for the rooms are quite high when compared to standard weekend getaways, costing INR 12,000 per night for the former, and INR 25,000 per night for the latter.

The Timber Trail Cable Car Charges include all the amenities that are provided in the resort above. However, the ticket is valid for only 2 hours from its issue and therefore you will have to plan your trip accordingly. The cable car ride is not open at all times. It is operational only from 9 in the morning to 5 in the evening on all days of the week. When on the Timber Trail Cable Car, you will have to keep a few things in mind. You should not rock the cable car and disturb its stability. Also, there may be times when the car stops midway to the top or the bottom. At such times, do not panic and wait for the operators to fix the issue.

From the Timber Trail Cable Car charges to the shopping and restaurants at the top, everything has to be paid in cash. Therefore you should keep in mind to carry enough cash so that you do not feel any inconvenience during your trip. Also, you should book your cable car ride and stay at the Timber Trail Resorts quite in advance so that you do not have to rush through the tickets at the last moment.
