Pomarla is a commune in Botosani County, Moldova, Romania, along with the villages Hulubeşti, Pomarla and Racovat. Pomarla commune, positioned inside the northwest of Botosani County, consists of three villages: Pomarla, the commune residence, Racovat and Hulubesti. The commune is situated in a hilly united states of america with generally low altitudes. Pomarla village is documented within the 12 months 1420. Its name comes from the occupations of the inhabitants, the cultivation of fruit bushes and the nature of the land, moor and darkish. Agriculture is the fundamental occupation of the commune's inhabitants.
