Mount Owen

There are two alternatives for the principal area of this track. Both are very much signposted and take a comparative measure of time.

The main choice is to stroll up the edge amongst Granity and Blue Creeks.

This is an exceptionally open track that can be sweltering on a late spring's day. Guarantee you convey a lot of water.

The second alternative is to stroll up Blue Creek Track taking you past old gold mining relics and workings.

The track takes after Blue Creek for around 20 minutes at that point heads up through beech backwoods and joins the other track.

Where these tracks join there is a move to a clearing offering perspective toward the north and west.

Cross the clearing and head down through the timberland to a seat.
