About Shri Vishwanath Mandir

Shri Vishwanath Mandir, additionally referred to as Vishwanath Mandir, Vishwanath Temple, New Vishwanath Temple and Birla Temple is one of the maximum well-known temples and largest traveller attractions in the holy city of Varanasi. Shri Kashi Vishwanath Mandir, was destroyed numerous times; in 1194 by means of Qutb-ud-din Aibak, among 1447-1458 by way of Hussain Shah Sharqi after which in 1669 CE through Aurangzeb. In 30s, Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya planned to copy Shri Kashi Vishwanath Mandir within the campus of Benaras Hindu University.
