About Saraswati Ghat

Saraswati Ghat might be the maximum outstanding ghat in Allahabad on the bank of Yamuna river in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is located close to Mankameshwar Temple of lord Shiva. The call of ghat comes from Hindu Goddess of getting to know Saraswati. It is a newly constructed pleasant place. Stairs from three facets descend to the greenish water of the Yamuna. And above there may be a park which is constantly protected with green grass. Night view of this ghat becomes memorabale with sight of lovely lighting fixtures on New Yamuna Bridge from right here.
 
Around the nook of Akbar's Fort close to Triveni Sangam, this ghat hosts a nightly aarti with auspicious lighting fixtures of lamps. There are facilities of meals court additionally routes to reach Sangam by using boat from here. If all goes as according to the plan, Allahabad is likely to get a ropeway facility over Yamuna close to Sangam earlier than Kumbh. The tourism branch has forwarded a proposal to the nation authorities for approval.
