About Padmanabhapuram Palace

Padmanabhapuram is very unique place in Kanyakumari. The castle is mind boggling inside with an old rock stronghold around four kilometers in length. The castle is situated at the foot of the Veli Hills, which shapes a piece of the Western Ghats. The waterway Valli streams adjacent. Another royal residence known as Kuttalam Palace which is likewise in Tamil Nadu which is under the responsibility for govt. It is arranged in the Tenkashi, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu before state revamping, Kanyakumari District, Chenkottah Taluk, Tenkasi Taluk including the regions of Kuttalam are in the control of Travancore Kingdom. It is around 20km from Nagercoil, and 60km from Thiruvananthapuram city.
