About Museum of Himachal Culture and Folk art

Located near the Hidimba Temple, the museum of Himachal culture and Folk art is a must visit. The museum houses interesting models of temples and forts in and around the Kullu Valley, besides the traditional textiles, musical instruments, dance masks, domestic and artisans utensils etc.

It is located 2-3 km from Manali town. It was established in the year 1998 and the initiate was the collect and preserve the Himachal Culture and Folk art. There is a collection rare and almost extinct articles which is worth admiring.
