Mirzapur is a city in Uttar Pradesh, India. It is known for its rugs and brassware businesses. The city is encompassed by a few slopes and is the home office of Mirzapur District and is well known for the sacred place of worship of Vindhyachal, Ashtbhuja, etc. It has numerous waterfalls and characteristic spots.
It was at one time the biggest region in Uttar Pradesh before the split up of Sonebhadra. There are a couple of film corridors. At first look the city has all the earmarks of being a conversion of town, town and city life. Most of the city was set up by British officers, yet the beginning advancement was established by the most popular officer of British East India Company "Ruler Marquess Wellesley".
