About MANNUR TEMPLE

At a separation of 16 Kms from Kozhikode Railway Station, Mannur Temple committed to Lord Siva situated in Kadalundi town. The model of this sanctuary is like the Siva Temple at Tiruvannur. This sanctuary is no less than 200 years of age. It was worked as Gajaprathista styled soil structure with broad cutting. The focal sanctum is having two levels. Master Siva is portrayed in furious frame at this sanctuary. It is trusted that Sri Parashurama begins his Siva Linga prathista at Tiruvannur and finishes it here each twelve. The twelve pujas here are in this way thought to be extremely exceptional. The yearly Siatri celebration is commended bigly in the long stretch of Feb.
