About Himalayan Bird Park

Himalayan Bird Park is commonly called the Himalayan Aviary. Being a famous aviary of India, having area at an altitude of 2000 m, this nature park is visited through lots of site visitors as well as locals. The park has numerous types of vegetation and timber and the entire environment may be very calm and soothing for the visitors of all types. Visitors mainly come right here to study the gathering of pheasants, peacocks, peafowl and so forth. The Himalayan Monals located on this aviary is the primary attraction for the site visitors. The Himalayan Monal is the kingdom hen of Himachal Pradesh.

The Himalayan Bird Park is situated very near some other critical heritage constructing of Shimla, the Vice Regal Lodge. As it's far positioned nearly inside the center of the city, visitors can attain here very without difficulty. If traffic are journeying from the Railway Station side then they should take Chaura Maidan Road that is going inside the route of Summer Hills. The Himalayan Bird Park is opened for the traffic all through the summer time month from March 1st to September 30th. The timing of the park is from 10 AM to 5 PM. The great time of the day to go to the park is for the duration of morning and afternoon hours. The overall time needed to visit the park is set two-three hours. During winters, the complete park is included with snow.
