Elephant Safari

In the Bandhavgarh National Park the visitors can be entered on elephant back apart from the four wheelers. In the elephant safaris a forest department guide always accompanies the guests who will direct and tell about the flora and fauna of the park.

The thick majestic Sal and dense Bamboo are lined up for an amazing effect of greenery and frigidity. Above all the distant majestic Maikal hills adds breath-taking panorama to the whole surroundings. The dense maroons of forests, the crystal clear streams amidst the jungle creates a magnanimous view , one can understand how it inspired Rudyard Kipling for his outstanding creation- "The Jungle Book".
