About Chathapurinathar Temple

Chathapurinathar Temple is devoted to the love of Lord Shiva, similar to the case with most temples in and around Chidambaram. Since Shiva is revered here as Lord Chathapurinathar, the temple is frequented by aficionados of Lord Shiva around the year. Close by, the other god being venerated here is Osai Kodutha Nayagi.
