About Akhand Chandi Palace

Akhand Chandi Palace shows the luxuriousness of Mughals and the aesthetic engineering of the British. It is an ideal mix of western and eastern engineering and was worked in the year 1748-1764. A standout amongst the most excellent highlights of the castle is that it has recognizably green rooftop as alternate houses in Chamba alongside a funnel shaped rooftop to shed the snow.

While going by the Akhand Chandi Palace, you can have a pleasant perspective of different other excellent visitor goals like Chamunda Devi Temple, Sui Mata Temple, Lakshmi Narayan Temple, Rang Mahal and some more. The castle has wonderfully composed windows, which are painted in white.
