• * 30% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• AC will not work in Hill Stations.
• The confirmation is subjects to availability
• Check in and checkout time as per hotel policy.
• Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date. This is just a quotation.
• Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.
• 30% initial amount of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
• Hotel vouchers will be issued after receiving 50% of the payment of package cost & remaining amount has to be paid on your first check-in the hotel.
• You should complete the payment on arrival & delay in payment for more than 2 days would charge penalty.
